My birthday is May 10th, while my friend's bday is May 11th. May 11th is a Friday and that night we will be going to a Boardwalk. It has restaraunts, rides, fountains, and the hotel attatched to the Boardwalk has a pool on the roof. Well I am of course invited, and it will obviously be in May. What should I wear?? My friend (not the one having the party though) suggested my bikini/swimsuit, with either shorts or capris over it, and a tshirt. But if we go to dinner, I want to look nice. I could come in one and change...so keep that in mind. Sooo what do I wear? Any stores I should try? In Texas? INNEXPENSIVE please I can't afford much. Oh and where is a good, INNEXPENSIVE place where a 12-13 year old can buy a swimsuit/bikini??? PLEASE HELP!!

Well you can get a strapless bikini top w/ whatever bottoms & then put a little sundress over it--this way the swimsuit will be just like underwear&no1 will notice till your ready 2 swim of course
As for were 2 get the bikini--heres some ideas

whats wrong with walmart sometimes they have good stuff and they are cheap dont knock it till u try it but yes old navy and the gap(gap is more expensive then old navy) are the best 2 places to find clothes that r super cute and target has really cute cheap bathingsuits i think a tshirt and capris over a bathingsuit is good and then if u go to dinner just chnage really quick into a skirt or nice jeans or u can even go in ur capris that uve been wearing all day and just put on a nice top and some heels!!! hopes this helps good luck and have fun!!!!

it will look real cute this look, since most of the time ur going to be partying in the water, try:
your bathing suit bra, under a transparent tunic,
lets say your bathing suit is pink, try the tunic transparent white, and sandals as well, white sun glasses , you can wear pink shorts over the bathing suit and under tunic,
pink is just an example at how i would mix the colors, but by the way the transparent colors like white,metal,silver are very popular now in trendswear.
you can look for the cute shorts in old navy, and just visit different clothing stores for the tunic, they usually have cute one if you know how to find them.
For the 12-13 year old girls, they can try the store Limited Too, they should have real cute bathing suit thats appropriate for the age.

Im 13 too and my friend just had a b-day party last week we went to the YMCa and out to dinner . I got a bathinsuit at Victoria secret for about 40$ if thats too expensive for you i would try old navy i was just there yesterday and i bought a light pink bathingsuit (a bikini ) for 20$. And for dinner i wore cute 2in heel that were sandals and a cute skirt and a light yellow bebe tube top and a sweater of course lol if that wasnt your style trying going to tellos they have really cutee clothes ! well good luck finding sumthing to wear! Try a bikini, with a cute sarong. It always worked for me! I'm from Dallas. Try carrying a cute matching bag you can keep a set of capris and nice blouse in, and putting the sarong back on when you are finished eating! Gives you the chance to be cute in 2 differnt ways!

go to american eagle, hollister, or abercrombie for the bikini. or macy's. they have lots of different styles and usually cost around $20 to 30, or less if you buy the ones on sale. or you can look at victoria's secret think pink thingy. they have tons of cute stuff pretty cheap. department stores will probably have nothing on sale yet, or even in may, but the other stores for sure will. to wear on top i would suggest, like your friend said, a cute top and shorts or a jean skirt. but if you want something dressier, consider a beach/peasant dress. it'll be perfect in the warm weather and you could always throw in a cute sweater if it gets cool at night. try h&m, macy's, urban outfitters, etc. for an inexpensive dress... hope this helps! good luck and happy (early) bday!

Um well you can get swim suits at Old Navy and if you are going out to eat i would wear the bikini under a mini skirt with a nice tank top or shirt.

old navy & target have cute bikinis. do like a sundress w/ the bathing suit bottoms as underwear, & if the top is like the 1's that toe behind your nech tehn don't tie & put it inside of the dress. u will b cute,comfortable, ready 4 dinner & swimming. or like u said just change. but keep it light & small so u can fit it in your purse or a tote bag so u don't hold everybody up while u go in the hotel room & change.

WEAR YOUR SWIMSUIT ON THE BOTTOM OF A NICE SUNDRESS N OF COURSE DONT FORGET THE SHADES GIRL! take some flip flops for the pool and some high heels or sandals for the dress..........

you should definitely look nice for dinner, so maybe you can wear a pretty dress over your swimsuit? there are really cool printed dresses at old navy right now, and its not exspensive! oh yeah, plus old navy has cute simsuits and bikinis!!!!
