The International Date line wiggles in two places; the Bering Strait, so the date at the eastern tip of Siberia is the same as in the rest of Russia, and The Chatham Islands and Tonga so the date is the same as in New Zealand. Both these places are in the Western Hemisphere, but the rest of Russia and NZ are east of Greenwich. NZ is 12 hours ahead of Greenwich and the Chathams are 45 minutes ahead of NZ.
