Have you tried using an ovulation kit? My husband and I tried for months with no success, then my doctor suggested using one for 6 months and if we didn't conceive, he would start testing us for possible reasons why. I used it for about 3 months and bingo - ended up pregnant!

When you ovulate is when you should have intercourse, as it is your best chance of conceiving. After you have intercourse, don't get up. Stay laid down and elevate your hips a bit if you can - it's just the laws of gravity that help the little swimmers get to their destination.

Good luck!

I take a natural hormone spray that regulates hormones and ovulating. It's called 'Hormoplex' but I live in Australia so I don't know if you will be able to get it.
Other than that, be as healthy as you can possibly be. Limit alcohol, caffiene etc. Exercise and have a positive outlook. I would consult a doctor to make sure there is nothing wrong at all. Because it would be really annoying to try and try for 12 months and then find out you have a blockage or something.
Then I would visit a Naturopath and see what they can suggest.
I am 35, have one child (that was conceived in the first month) and have been trying for 12 months this time with one 'un-viable' pregnancy just recently. I tell myself that I am at my peak healthwise. I am fitter and healthier than what I was 10 years ago so 'technically' there is no reason why I should not be able to conceive.
I wish you the best of luck. xxx
