im always turning off lights when not in use. i walk most days. and i dry my clothes on the line instead of using the dryer. even on rainy days,its under cover.

I unplug everything except fridge & microwave including computer Tv etc etc & turn the lights off & most bulbs are those new energy saving ones & I don't own a drier!! I don't CUT TREES DOWN neither
I only have fans not airconditioning & my soon to be new fridge & washer will be energy saving ones but not the front end loader because they say they are so small you have to do extra loads & that wastes energy & water
