Someone i bought a VERY nice coffee maker from on Ebay
still hasn't sent it to me. The payment for it cleared about
a month and a half ago.

I have never before had a problem with Ebay before,
i have emailed them several times and no response.
Silly thing is, they have awesome feedback history.

So what i am wondering is, if my husband and i dont
get a response within the next week or so -is there
anything we can do??

do NOT wait another DAY!

file right now with PAYPAL and ebay. there are deadlines!

this link takes you to the dispute process:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/inr-snad-process.html

you only have 60 days.

DO IT NOW!

from now on pay for EVERY auction through PAYPAL with a CREDIT CARD!

you will then have the extra protection of being able to file for a CHARGEBACK through the CC company.

Did you pay by Credit Card or Paypal, then your money should be safe. However if you paid by check your money is gone. Contact Ebay and inform them, and if someone like this has a lot of positive feedback maybe the person is out on vacation or something. Ebay allows upto 60 days or so to settle a transaction.

you can contact paypal if you used that. If not, you can contact Ebay. If all that doesn't work you can give the seller a negative feedback score. If you already gave them a positive score you can search for other items they are selling and post messages to people bidding on their items to warn them of your experiences. Email the seller and tell them you are doing this so they know their business will be affected.

Contact Ebay and complain to their customer service department. Get Ebay to contact the person and if they don't then give them a negative feedback so everyone knows.

Maybe the guy's on vacation though so try to get Ebay to contact the seller or atleast refund your money.

Sometimes packages get lost too. Maybe the seller can send you another one to replace the missing item.

eBay can help you. click on this link.

You can also go to HELP and find the Contact Us button on the left side.

Either way should get you the answer you need.

If you got it from PayPal, it will be covered. have you contacted the seller? You will need to do that 1st. If nothing, contact PayPal.
