where can I find online a dot diagramn of ionic bonds?

i dont know where u can find them.

there not that useful. but if u have to draw one:

1) write the formula of the metal in brackets. close brackets and write charge.
2) next to it, write the formula of the nonmetal(s), put all 8 dots in and write charge. ur done

for example

[Na]+ [Cl]- (put all 8 dots around the Cl)
