When the President is aboard it is "Marine One".
The helo's are Marine (Navy) not Air Force.
Marine One is the call sign of any United States Marine Corps aircraft carrying the President of the United States. It usually denotes one of 19 helicopters operated by the HMX-1 "Nighthawks" squadron, either the large VH-3D or the newer, smaller VH-60N Whitehawk. Both are due to be replaced by the VH-71 (US101), a derivative of the AgustaWestland EH101. A Marine Corps aircraft carrying the Vice President is designated Marine Two.

The US President is normally flown on a Marine helicopter from the HMX-1 "Nighthawks" squadron. Any USMC craft with the President aboard has the callsign Marine One.
In the unusual event he were aboard some other service's helicopter, it would be Army One, etc.

anytime the President is in an aircraft, that aircraft becomes Air Force One.
Since helicopters are generally lower altitude aircraft than planes, the helicopter is accompanied by at least two others. This also makes it difficult to know which one he's actually in.
I have seen him land and take off several times while stationed in NY.

Any Air Force aircraft the President flies in is dubbed Air Force One. It is the callsign used for Air Traffic Control. USAF aircraft that fly the VPOTUS are named Air Force Two.
Edit- If the Helicopter belongs to the USMC, it is called Marine One. If it belongs to the Navy, it is called Navy One.
The same goes for the Army and Coastgaurd. Put Simply, all of these are just a variety of call signs used by Air Traffic control.
In the case of Civillian aircraft, it is called Executive one.
