How old is the guy? If he is much younger than you then who cares.. otherwise just tell him nicely for F**k off and he doesnt wanna listen then get ur bf to to have heart to heart talk with him. Problem solved! ;)

Seems like you're uncomfortable, you might talk to your boyfriend about the situation. Maybe you can suggest that rather than his brother tagging along all the time you could have some alone time. Is his brother older or younger? Depends on the age of the boy, if he's young he might just have a crush on you. Make it clear that you are ok with being friends, but don't want anything more with him. If he persists, let him know it makes you uncomfortable. Communication is key. If he's underage you could also talk to his parents. Try not to be alone with him, be aware of your surroundings.

Let your boyfriend know that his brother is making you uncomfortable and ask him if he could please talk to his brother about the way he has been acting.
Or, you could confront the brother personally, perhaps with your boyfriend there, and express your concerns.
If you're feeling in danger, tell somebody like your parents or a teacher. Don't let him give you unwanted attention.

Tes, if you're scared you need to tell your Mom and Dad right away. They need to know what's going on. And tell your boyfriend too. No one is going to be mad at you or think of you any less, they just want to help you.
