Didn't they say that last time ? We seem to be having a rail crash at least every 2 years - isn't this getting ridiculous ?

Shouldn't happen so often, faulty points are listed as the immediate cause but there's also talk of missing nuts located next to some of the points that somehow because dislodged and some stretcher bars missing from a few of the points. It's a quagmire. Least it wasn't as worse as the Potters Bar rail crash back in 2002 but things need to improve.
