I need to call London during buisness hours. I am calling from east coast U.S.

It is a 5 hour time difference between the east coast and London. You can find the current time on both the east coast and London here:

London is 5 hours AHEAD of EST therefore 7.30pm EST would equal 12.30am (the following day) GMT.

HOWEVER, and this is a very big however, please note that from March 11th to March 25th 2007 (due to the Americans shifting to Daylight Savings a month ahead of normal) EST will only be 4 hours ahead, so that 7.30pm EST = 11.30pm GMT (the same day).

If you want to call London during US business hours, the best time to call is between 8.00am EST and 4.00pm EST

England is 5 hours ahead of American EST. So it's 12:30am on the next day in England if it's 7:30pm EST.

If you forget, you can Yahoo Search the phrase "current time in London" and it will tell you.
