What are you talking about?
Are you measuring conductivity of resistance of the fruits?
In this case take an apple. Place that apple in a series circuit. The circuit is
1. battary (9V)
2. Resistor (1k and 100k determine the value experimentally and measure its value (R) )
3. apple
4. switch (optional)
You will need a voltmeter to measure Voltage across the battery (Vb) and across the resistor (Vr).

Measurement #1
Tape bare cuper wires to the apple. Make sure you don't puncture the skin. Measure and record Vr

Current I1=Vr/R
Measurement #2
Puncture the skin and with wires in the apple measure again Vr.
I2=Vr/R

I hope your I2>I1. Why ? Explain that and you are home.

If you have good contacts the Vb=Vr
Make sure you use same copper wire throughout the experiment. Otherwise you'll be doing electrochemistry.

Repeat the same experiment with different fruits.

have fun
