Use Palmer's Cocoa butter religiously and liberally twice per day. If this doesn't help the appearance after a month of use, you may want to see a dermatologist and get a script. There are several prescription topical drugs on the market that are used for stretch marks, one of which is a very high percentage of retin A.

Good luck!

For what its worth, I had the same issue and had stretch marks show up on my thighs and hips when I was about 15. They have really lightened and can't even see them now (I'm 30). OF course, I stay out of the sun now and have for years. That helps fade the discoloring in the stretch marks.

See a dermatologist. Some people have used Retin-A to minimize stretch marks but it is a prescription product.

Lasers and microdermabrasion have been used to reduce the appearance of stretch marks.

A good dermatologist will help you determine what is best for you.

stretch marks are generally irreversible. if they are superficial (light in color) you may be able to lighten them significantly with microdermabrasion or a more aggressive exfoliant. Vitamin e oil is not going to reduce what you already have now, but may help prevent any in the future. If your stretch marks are deeper into the dermis, there is nothing that will get rid of them.

To get the best results you would need some sort of laser treatment.
