got new dell dont understand the computer language,please help!

-Go to download.com
-Search on the site for Limewire
-Once you have found it, click limewire
-After you have found it, click download
-A pop up will come up and say open or save
-Click open
-It will start downloading
-After this click next on every screen that comes up
-This will finish the installing process
-After its all done, there will be a logo on your desktop that says limewire
-Open limewire from desktop
-Go to search
-Search for favorite song
-Once search results start showing, click on the song name and it downloads.
-Once done downloading, click launch, aka play
-Turn on speakers and listen.
