You can try Yahoo Weather and then just find the place you live and it should tell you the forecast for your area including cloud conditions.

install The Weather Channel on your computer, when I turn on my computer it's the first screen I see with my local weather forecast etc

download weatherbug it gives you day to day forcasts for everyweek and month. it shows up everytime you log on to the computer.

Go to www.weather.com, they will provide you with that. i go there to check the weather. they have hourly stuff too. so i know when its suppose to rain and all that stuff
