Problem w/ Sprint PPC6700, WMP 5.0 and the mini SD card?

I have my mp3s loaded onto the mini sd card and individually my phone recognizes the songs but I can't seem to get the phone to play all 300 songs shuffled. The best I can do is just one at a time. What am i doing wrong?

depends on what you are using to play the songs. you might have to update to the REAL player or try downloading another player compatable with your phone
