Very good (fantasy) books written for teens would be any of Tamora Pierce's books. They are a little girl-oriented, but I'm thinking that won't bother you :-)

If you're open-minded, then a good book for teens would be Boy Meets Boy. HOWEVER. It involves a gay (boy/boy) relationship. I'm sorry if it offends you.

Stargirl is also a very good book.

I can't think about much else right now. Most of the books I read are beyond teen level XD

I'd just take a cruise around your local librar and see if you can find anything that interests you.

I recommend you read the book "10 Seconds: Will change your life forever" by Bobby Petrocelli. It is the true story of a man who losses his wife from a drunk driver. The author visited my high school and discussed his experience about the accident. He was trying to encourage kids to realize the effects of alcohol and driving under the influence. I bought it at my high school. It's a very good read and shows how you can come back from extreme changes in your life.

I agree with the person above. Definitely New Moon and Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. Oh, and Ellen Schrieber's books are pretty good, especially the "Vampire Kisses" series. Oh, and pretty much anything by Diana Wynne Jones. :)

Frances A. Miller wrote a series of young adult books about a boy Matthew McKendrick who gets blamed for murdering his sister. They are:
The Truth Trap
Aren't You the One Who...?
Winners and Losers

Check these books out. They are very good.

The Mediator Series is a great series. The books are by Meg Cabot. They are kind of a mix a genres. If you like travel then the S.A.S.S.(students across the seven seas) books are good. They are about American girls going to different countries(France, England, Spain..to name a few) and they are good reads.
