actually you may have done yourself good, but don't continue this. Not eating as long as you are drinking is a way of fasting and not only can you lose weight for a while rapidly, your body gets rid of toxins. It's not however recommended without supervision. start eating again, just watch what you eat. You may find it easier to get to the size you want to be, now that you hate food. How ever that hate won't last long.
However if this is anorexia, then maybe not. It is hard to tell at this point. Try to get back on track, if not, get help. Nothing to be ashamed of. Just know that eating is important for health, just don't over do it.

Ok well there are a few things you may need to consider first.
1.) Does eating make you physically sick? Like say food poisoning? Does the process of eating make you sick?
2.) Do you make yourself barf? Or do you just do it automatically?
3.) Do you have problems at home? school? or perhaps work?
4.) If you do have Anorexia do you want help?
The reasons why you need to ask yourself these questions is to narrow it down a bit. It could be that your so stressed out from Home, work, or school that your body is reacting this way. But if you are actually making yourself throw up then that is a different story.
First find out what exactly is bothing you. Is it something someone said to you? Is it looking in the mirror and not liking how you look? If this is what your doing or is happening because you do not like the way you look then consider this. Your body can only go a few days without food or water, after this your body starts using up the fat that is in your body, after the fat is gone then it uses your muscles which will make your weaker...after the muscles its only a matter of time before you may pass away if you do not get help.
Anorexia is a serious and often deadly disease. If you do think that you truly have a problem with anorexia then you need to consult your doctor immediatly. They can help you. A councelor or psycologist can also help if there are problems at home, school, or work that may be causing you to self doubt yourself now.
But remember hun, today's media says that women have to be a size 0 to size 2 otherwise they are not beautiful...this is utterly bullshit! If your healthy accordingly to your height, if you take care of yourself, and if you love yourself....then you are beautiful no matter what size you are or how much you weight. Its what you think of yourself that counts not what others think, you got to please yourself first and love yourself first before others can love you.
I hope this helps you, and hun, I am not judging you. Good luck and keep us updated if you can.
Just so you know hon, accodingly to what you said your height and your weight are you are not overweight infact WebMd says this about you: Normal weight BMI 18.5-24.9 Your BMI is: 21.48
The link is included so you can check it out for yourself too.
Bless Be.

At 5 ft tall and 110 pounds you are far from being fat!! I'm not sure how old you are, but your BMI is right in the middle of the healthy weight range.
Is there anyone you trust that you can talk to about what is going on food-wise with you? I think the fact that you are feeling so awful indicates that you need to get some help so you can get back on track and feeling better soon!
I don't know where you live, but check out if there are any eating disorder specialists in your area. You might start with a dietitian, family physician or even a therapist--they could point you in the right direction.

"Height: 5 feet, 0 inches
Weight: 110 pounds
Your BMI is 21.5, indicating your weight is within the normal range for adults of your height. "
I just looked that up online. You are not overweight. To be diagnosed with anorexia nervosa, you must be underweight, but you can still have "partial anorexia nervosa" which can develop further. Your eating habits and excessive exercise are definitely not healthy, and the attitudes you are demonstrating are typical of someone with an eating disorder. You need to talk to a parent or school counselor and let them know what is going on. You can learn ways to eat healthily and therefore maintain a healthy weight. You are right that you can damage your well-being if these habits continue. Do not be ashamed though; these are issues that many women (and some men) deal with. It's not your fault that you feel the way you do. Please do talk to someone in your life who can help you though... good luck.

you didn't say how old you are and that don't matter anyway cause if you are 5 feet tall, 110 pounds like you say then yes your overweight. You need to ask someone for some help with your problem other than the people on here cause we are not there with you. You have got to eat regardless of how you feel about food. You did not become 110 pounds from lack of eating. You started a diet without thinking it through and now your psyche is messing with you from lack of nutrients. It is the same thing that happens when you don't get any sleep. You start seeing things that aren't there. Well you are developing a dislike for food from your lack of eating properly. You will lose weight going down the road your on, but it will be pure hell. You need to get help from someone that loves you and wants the best for you. O K

I hope that there would be nobody so cruel as to judge you or belittle you for your question. Yes, I think you probably do, although it sounds like you might be leaning towards Bullimia. You say that you haven't really eaten for two weeks. My question is, how new is this behavior? Have you had a difficult relationship with food for quite awhile?
According to the BMI chart I looked up, your body is perfectly within normal range. You are not fat at all! You mention guilt and shame, what are you shameful and guilty about?
You don't mention age, but I'm guessing that you are somewhere in your teens (I hope that I'm not terribly wrong about that!) Please find a trustworthy adult that you can talk to about these issues. Eating disorders are extremely difficult to go through, and recovery takes time and a dedicated program with a dedicated counselor. Please, though the road will be tough, take care of yourself and do not give in to this disease!

It is possible to be "fat" and still be anorexic. But the purging is bulimia. How old are you and why haven't you tried exercise? I lost a lot of weight in my late teens by not eating and over exercising, also a sign of anorexia. I know the feelings of hating food and the ways you feel after eating. I also know that once the shame and guilt set in, it's time to talk to a professional, you are a person dealing with anorexia (and the starts of bulimia.) I'm not judging. I sympathize and wish you the best of luck finding a happy medium with healthy eating, a healthy amount exercise, and most importantly a fair share of self worth and a positive self image.

I can't say for sure that you are anorexic, but your behavior is very similar to what anorexia is - depriving yourself of food. But, typically with anorexia, you have body dysmorphism as well, which means you think you are fat, when you are very, very, very skinny. I would really encourage you to talk to someone. Some of your comments are pretty sad and there is not reason for you to feel this way. Oftentimes, people use bad habits to cope (drug, alcohol, food, anorexia) and it seems like you are starting to pick those up.
I know you dont want to talk to an adult, but your family would be so heartbroken if something happened to you. So, it is a good iddea to figure out what is goign on before it gets too late.

2 weeks of undesirable ingesting conduct does no longer equivalent anorexia. And starving your self gained't make you shed extra pounds besides, you're extra likely to binge on foodstuff it really is undesirable for you and make your self ill. if you're 5'0" and one hundred ten pounds you're overweight, yet if you find yourself 5'0" and 110lbs, you're not at all overweight. it really is reliable that you've observed that there would nicely be a difficulty, and what you want to do now is search for suggestion from from someone, your moms and dads or a wide-spread practitioner or someone who can get you help ought to you want it. I battled bulimia for 2 years earlier i ultimately admitted I had a difficulty and requested my significant different to assist me triumph over it. it really is been a year because we all started engaged on it, and some days I nevertheless eat no longer some thing or will spew if I do, yet i'm getting extra appropriate. do not enable a stupid element like what you weight placed your life and your happiness in probability. the entire skinny/fat pleasing/no longer pleasing mentality of society is so warped besides. concentration on being satisfied on your own pores and skin and who provides a flying rats in the back of what absolutely everyone else thinks?

I think you may have anorexia, and if you do, you DO need medical help. Not eating for too long throws your body out of the norm, and it is VERY bad. But if you do eat again, you should take it very slowly. Not eating for that long shrinks your stomach, so tucking into a 8 oz. steak, potatoes and salad could throw your body into shock and possibly kill you! And remember, you are not fat. You are normal. Don't put your body up against the bodies of others. You are your own person and your body is different from other people's. Good luck. God bless you.
