This makes sense but it's not technically right; it's partially right because there is a time for everything and there are pros and cons for everything. Let's say that there's this stay-at-home mom who works in her house doing laundry, washing dishes, cleaning rooms, and doing all the housework plus running errands out in the world; she does this 24/7 & 365 days a year for ten years straight with no break until one day she breaks down from the load on her back. I'd say this quote is great for her because this is something she may need to hear. Another scenario is if a person was laid off for around a year and they had ways to get them back on their feet all around them and this person's family is barely getting by but everyday somebody calls with news that a business conference is going on all week around the corner, but this person stops and says "I'll go tomorrow", and tomorrow arrives & the same excuse comes up, "I'll go tomorrow", this cycle continues until the conference is over. That's the wrong type of procrastination that needs to be motivated effective immediately. The motivation is to never let an opportunity slip through your hands!

i think shes rightt in some cases. like its true that you should slow down when it comes to work and when your stressed out. but sometimes when you do things at the last minute you get messed up. just know when and when not to procrastinate

No, I think procrastinating causes more stress than doing things ahead of time
