*Twirling your wrists to help warm them up
*Jiggling about for some exercise
*Bring pen and paper, a book to read, a magazine or a puzzle book
*personal MP3/CD player
GROUP:
*I-spy
*Wink murder (Blink murder if needs be lawl!) The murderer can be assigned without telling the others and without sending the other people away
*Chinese whispers
*Random conversations

I'd say take music along, once you get tired of that start playing games by yourself or with others. Cards are fun... I enjoy photography, taking pictures of even the most dum thing you or someone else does at the time will have a great laugh and memory later...

Get a hand held 20 questions game, a traveling Would You Rather, Mad Libbs, or an ipod w/ portable speakers so you can sing while on the bus.

WoooooW sounds like a dumb thing lower achieving teens will do. It will be a lots of meaningless moments in the form of clowning, loud noise and empty smiles, silly laughter's ... and finally, sadly, drugs and free trashy sexes for all.
