I have been a huge Bucs fan for twenty years. And i believe Gruden needs to go. Dungy is the one who built that team up for their Super bowl win. Gruden only was there that year. And he hasn't done anything for that team since.
Will someone please fire that man?

I have been a huge Bucs fan for a long time and i do not think Gruden should be fired. As much as I like Dungy I do not think the Bucs would have won the Super Bowl with him. Lets be honest Dungy does not have control of the offense in Indy. The offense was there when he got there. The Colts hired Dungy for his defense skills.
Prior to Gruden getting there they did have a 1st or 2nd round pick because of the Keyshawn trade and to get Gruden they lost their 1st and 2nd round pick for 2 years.
The Super Bowl team was great but it was built to win the Super Bowl and they had a lot of expensive players on it. Which put them in cap trouble. Combine that with having to rely on free agency for 3 years it is very difficult to build a winning team.
They have won their division since the Super Bowl and last year they the hardest schedule in the NFL. Cleveland was the only team that could be considered an easy game.
I say Gruden is a good coach and should stay!!
