mineral oil is just what it is. johnson and johnson scented it and called it baby oil. water and mineral oil is placed in a bottle with a plastic nozzle attached to release the water as you squeeze the bottle (looks similar to a disposable douche) after you have inserted the nozzle (you know where). within a few minutes it will produce a bowel movement, passing the oil/water mixture; cleansing your colon.

Well, it worked for me the first time.....no pain, no gas, and its fast. It felt like a projectile bowel movement....what is it...?Well, its great for me.
