I am 26 weeks pregnant and am having a boy. I really like the name Darrian. What do you think of the name "Darrian James" for a Boy?

I think it sounds nice together. I'm not sure how I like the way Darrian is spelled.

It's ok. I like James.
However, he'll probably spend the rest of his life patiently saying 'No, it's not Darren, it's Darrian' and spelling it out. Why give the poor lad the hassle?

personally i dont like the whole two name thing. But i like both the name Darrian and James. i like James (if his nickname will be Jamie) better though

Not bad. Unusual without being totally freakish :)
Also, if he pursues a future in club music, he can be "DJ DJ!" How cool would that be? (OK, that was a bad joke) ;p
Even if he doesn't become a famed nightclub virtuoso, the nickname D.J. could still be cute, if you're thinking about possible nicknames.
I feel strongly that all parents should consider what their kids' initials spell before naming a baby. This from a gal whose initials phonetically spell the word "jerk." LOL. (Yes, really. I'm serious.)

I like it, but the best way to find a name is the first name must be equally "matched" with your family last name. For example, my last name is Fong, but if my parents had a daughter and named her Marcia, it doesn't sound right.
