from the movie kingdom of Heaven if some one sow it please telme how can you compare and contrast Balian's life, as a blacksmith and as a knight .

He pushes on even after he has been dealt a blow to his emotions/life...when he was a blacksmith he continued even after his wife killed herself he didn't leave town. As a knight after he found out his father was dying he didn't go back home he continued on his journey.
However as a blacksmith he acted irrationally and killed the Reverend even though he had it coming he did it without hesitancy. He tends to think about his actions first as a night before he proceeds with them.
