Nothing with a metal and nonmetal combined would give you a covalent bond. Those would be ionic bonds. Look for the ones with no metals.

1, 5 have no metals so they have covalent bonds.

2, 3, 4 have metals so they have ionic bonds.

1 and 5 Both are polar covalent bonds
