It's not just black people who needs to know their ABC'S. Where I live there are mostly white people sitting in the DPW Office waiting for their Cash and EBT Card with their kids and boyfriends.. Dental is free for them and they won't use it. Not pointing finger just clarifying that it's not just BLACKS FOLKS are in need of government assistance.
