i cant remember very clearly but does it have something to do with the devil? like bewitching hour or something?

it is in the movie the exorcism of emily rose. the story behind 3 am is that it is the hour in which the devil mocks Jesus. the reason 3 am was chosen is because Jesus is believed to die at the holy hour of 3PM on Good Friday.
therefore, 3pm is the holiest hour, while it's opposite 3am is the most evil hour.

From a completely subjective experience, I have noticed that people are much more honest in the hour proceeding 3 AM. I have had the most random conversations (no, I wasn't drunk or high) and have come to deep philosophical understandings. There is an old saying that says the moon makes poets out of the mildest man.
Knowledge has been correlated with Satan many times (Tree of knowledge for example in Genesis). The moon is symbolic of subconscious processes and the underlying reality that controls our reality.

i heard that from this movie called the exorcism of emily rose.
in the film Father Moore explains that 3:00 AM is the witching hour, which evil spirits use to mock the Holy Trinity. Significantly, it is the opposite of 3:00 PM, the hour at which Jesus died.
