I believe it did - it is a rather angry and reaction provoking track! It would be like a red rag to a bull - you didnt kill me 'nah nah nah nah na!'
I reckon it made some ppl pretty mad

Poor 2pac - i liked him

You can say that! It was his get back trach for Biggie and his crew for supposely setting him up at the studio in manhattan.
