There's not a movie, but a show.
Josh Shwartz, the writer of the OC is coming out with it.
There's no date set as to when it's going to premiere and they don't even have a cast selected that anyone knows about, so it could be awhile before we see the show.

Yes but I don't think it will be popular. I read the books and I just think its funny how every character in the books are. they are so materialistic and think they own everything. Believe me rich snotty kids don't know anything about real life and they probably couldn't survive without their daddy's credit card. Its just so funny how they think they deserve everything when all they do is cheat on each other and create more drama. You should read "the It Girl" the series based on Jenny Humphrey.
