Hot water, allow it to soak up, or just keep a sponge on it for a few minutes, if it can be immersed, put it in the sink with some hot water and some detergent.
Eitherway, afterwards give it a light scrubbing with a scratch pad and voila... its gone. But the key thing is to let it soak in the water. Oh yeah, dont use alcohol, on some plastics this will actually chemically damage the surface making it look hazed over.

I don't know--but I know what NOT to do and that is use the product Goof Off on plastic--as one answerer wrongly suggested. The instructions clearly state it is not safe for most plastics. I tried to remove some tape residue from the plastic insert in my blender top--softened the plastic and after damage control I was lucky to end up with cloudy clear plastic result. I think the makers of these tags ought to work on it. One more daily annoyance. G-r-r--rr!!
Rubbing alcohol--thought to be safe on plastics--isn't always. I removed paint from an expensive shortwave radio trying to clean it with alcohol. Another example where industry ought to get it together. If we have to buy a propreitary product to clean plastic--at least let it be safe for all!

you have already peeled off as maximum of the paper suited of the label as you should, so now rub with cooking oil or maybe WD-40. there's a product call "goo-long previous" it extremely is probable extremely worth conserving interior the abode for this manner of difficulty, yet attempt the cooking oil first. Rub it in with a paper towel and it would gradually come off. Then wash the bowl with cleansing soap and rinse. surely do no longer use any abrasives, they're going to get rid of the end on the plastic.

Use a tiny bit of Goof Off or Goo Gone, it only takes a little bit. Use a microfiber cloth so it doesnt scratch the plastic.

Try using an eraser (you know, that you use to rub out pencil). Usually works but you may need to rub for a while. Dampen the eraser if it doesn't seem to be budging.
