I wonder if Howard K Stern might have been planning to sue Anna Nichole for custody of Dannylynn later?

I was shocked at first seeing the court film of Anna Nichole seemingly high with her face painted like a clown while pregnant. Stern asked her if she was high on mushrooms. Anna didn't seem to understand that she was high. From what I've seen of drug abusers, they almost always know when they deliberately get high. If you watch, Anna Nichole was more sedated than high. I wonder if someone slipped her a sedative that would likely not harm the fetus, and then filmed her appearing high while pregnant? Even jokingly hinting to the drug causing it. A trusted and cleaver attorney could also adviser her that the natural father could get joint custody and that putting another man's name on the birth certificate as father could stop that. Then in the future, that "father" could produce the tape, as help in proving Anna Nichole was an unfit mother and sue for custody of the child. He would then be given millions in child support from the famous mother. Could a trusted enabler do this?

I believe that Howard K. Stern deeply loved Anna Nicole and wanted to have a life together as a family with her and little Dannielynn.
He was an enabler but that is not a crime. He never provided drugs to Anna Nicole.
Stern was a godsend to Anna Nicole and the baby. I just hope Stern gets custody of his baby.

I think when Anna Nicole Smith putted his name on the birth certificated of her daughter, she also, wrote hers and her son deaths certificate. I also think, he never planned to sue her, he was planning to do exactly what he did. I am 100% sure he killed both of them, and between him, the baby's father and her mother, he mother is still the right person to have the rights of her body. It is interesting how justice works for some and not at all for others. I am extremely angry to see something like that happens and how easy people accept everything they see on TV or papers. They repeat everything the news say...It seems the brain wash idea, introduced by Hitler works wonders in America by the Media.

I agree totally with robb10036. Howard K Stern killed Daniel and killed Anna. He used drugs to control her. He was interested in only onee thing, the money. I told my husband the day before she died that she would die of a drug overdose, just like Daniel, and that it would appear to be a suicide but in the end Howard K stern would be found guilty of both deaths.

Yes, he could do anything but think about his history with her. He is from a wealthy family, she was his only client. He was just her lap-dog worshiper. Lap-dogs never attack their keepers.
