Somone printed through paypal a lable to be shiped today (monday) and the tracking that paypal gave me begins with a EO89 is that right?
Also why is't their any records of it being scanned the day has ended?

Don't panic. "EO..." is ok. Sometimes when new items are in the system the clerks don't scan them and its left up to the Letter Carrier at the end of the chain to put a final scan on an item. If the Letter Carrier is working very late because of difficulties then the scan would not go into the system until very late. You could call the receiving office, ask for the Carrier supervisor and ask them to check on the situation.
