F=k (Q1Q2)/R^2

since Q1=Q2=Q

F=k (Q/R)^2

F - force
k - constant = 8.988 E+9 N m^2/ C^2
Q - charge (Q electron = 1.602 E-19 C )
R - distance between charges (1.5 E-10)

F= 8.988 E+9 (1.602 E-19 /1.5 E-10 )^2
F= 10.25 E-9 N
