Very tough to do..i workout every day pretty intense and i have alot of trouble eating 200 grams of calories a day..and that won't hurt you..in truth, it's probably hard to eat too much, you most likely wont digest it and poop it out...

Yes.
It causes all kinds of kidney problems.
Your body will work harder to rid itself of too much protein. It can cause a condition like NDKA (non-diabetic ketoacidosis), and dehydration, among other things.

Yes and no. Most people eat way more than they actually need. Does that cause problems? Usually not.

yes there is..... your body has a hard time processing too much protein..... it's hard on the kidneys

Yes. There's always too much of anything. You can even die of drinking too much water.
