We watched it at skool one day. It was very informational but nothing I would have wasted my money on at the movies.

I liked it a lot. It was a learning experience for me. I had no idea how hard the existance for a penguin was. I had no idea what an "against all odds" proposition their very existance is.
I mean, how many humans do you think there would be if the dad had to balance the babies on his feet to keep thm from freezing while the mom journeyed hundreds of miles back to her birthplace to get food?
I like anyhting which teaches me something new.

the penguins were cute!!!! I thouht it was interesting how they all walked for miles in a big herd like that. I measn i knew they travel in packs or watever, but that was a distance, and in that cold too!!!! the movie got boring after a while too. It was just penguins wondering min the wilderness for a really lomng time. I also thought it was interesting how the mothers and fathers kept their babies warm and feed them. But it was boring....

I didn't like it either, and neither did my boyfriend. We thought it was incredibly depressing! Poor penguins trudging hundreds of miles, freezing, starving, their babies dying, it was awful. I know perfectly well that Nature works this way, but I don't feel the need to watch baby penguins dying on a huge movie screen. Jeepers!

I liked it a lot because I love animal documentaries .It had it's sad parts ,but that's life, and you can't hide from it.I thought the huddling together to keep warm was interesting, and the way the movie played out like a love story was cool.

I saw it in theatres with my grandma, she loved, i thought it was really boring. It was a very well made movie, just boring. The most interesting part was the credits when they showed how they got the cameras down there.

Yes because it helps people feel for the panguins and can make future sympathizers with environmentalists. Imagine all the sad kids when their beloved panguins go extinct due to global warming.
