Of course. Just because you had a cyst on your ovaries does not stop you from concieving. If your fallopian tubes are okay you don't need to worry. Cysts are very common. I've had several myself. My aunt just gave birth and she had a huge cyst pushing against the baby while she was pregnant. Cysts are usually harmless. Don't worry.

If you still have your other ovary. I have the same problem and I'm thinking of the same question. People said it should be ok. I heard stories of women able to concieve 3 kids with one ovary. As long as you other ovary is not affected it should be ok.

many years ago i had one ovary and tube completely removed and part of the other ovary. they told me i might have trouble conceiving but guess what? when we decided to get pregnant i had absolutely no problems whatsoever and was able to give birth to two beautiful daughters. don't worry and just let nature take it's course. you should have no problems.

As a past tubal ligation and then to get them retied I can tell you that chances go down with any surgery in your uterus section. But your partners sperm will play a big part of this as well.
Did your doctor say you were canidate for tubal or ectopic pregnancy?? That should be discussed due to scar tissue.

I can go on and on about this but would rather just invite you to our board
