I would first legally firm up how it was to be distributed:
10% to my Church, missionaries, and other charities
40% to my "Uncle Sam" to keep him smiling
50% to my family, understood that it is to be applied for education for the kids (nieces, nephews, current & future generations, and very slowly dispersed so that we don't have people with -0- to show for it in 2-5 years (as often is the case when those who acquire inheritance spend it all in a crazy spending spree).
9% to promote green urban areas for parks, wildlife, beautification
1% to my lawyer, provided he/she does a loop-hole clean and clear cut execution of my will.
As far as burying me? Just cremation, put in in a nice crockpot, and lay me down in the old family plot. Nuthin' special!

216 million dollars is ridiculous. NO ONE needs that amount of money.
I'd give each of my family members 10 mill each and give the rest to different charities.
are you sure you mean two hundred and sixteen million dollars? in australia its not even close to that.

No, they don't look to be tracked to the position they're, because it will be a secure practices problem, yet in case you win in a perticular save, and funds it in yet another save, they could verify the position the cost ticket got here from because of the bar code on the cost ticket. at the same time as the seller receives a gaggle of tickets, they ought to test them earlier they promote it to be valid. wish this helped. :)

If I knew I was going to die I would sit down and write a list of where I want the money to go and try to get it notarized or seen by a lawyer so that it was executed to my will. Taking it with me would be useless... its not claimed so it means nothing. I could help many many people with my last great stroke of luck!

Family member because they would probably get something in your memory and you would feel better about it to.
or you could put the money in your will so the family member gets the money any ways.

My family would get some of the money and I would hire an attorney and have him distribute it according to my wishes.
