Go to the town hall, look at the electoral registry.
If they stated it in their return, it will be on there.
You need to know their address, and this is only relevant to the UK.

I did this once I said I wonder what the J stands for in Michael J Fox and then I said I wonder some people have middle names and some don't and then I asked the person if they had a middle name and they told me what it was

WHy would you want to find out without asking them?
Why don't you just ask them and if they want you to know then they will tell you and if they didn't then it is because they don't want you to know.
You could start stalking them to find out?
Ask there friends or family?
Steel their bank statement?
Maybe they don't have a middle name?
Maybe they don't use it?

if your close to them ask there parents or just sneak into her room her bag or her locker and see if you can get her middle name or if you have a conversation in a group try and get one of your mates to ask her, good luck with thatxxx
