i totally agree.
i think you should write to tyra banks about it. she's all into the "be your own woman" type of thing.. this is once again where girls are following stupid standards set by selfish, inconsiderate, anorexic people. curves are the REAL deal. real women have curves :)

Some of their clothing is cute but it's all the same stuff over and over again just a different color or with different stitching. I used to have a few items from abercrombie (I don't really have a problem with the sizes, for one thing their clothes were the only thing that really fit me... but anyway) I looked at myself and I am now boycotting the store, I refuse to shop there. One because their clothes are overpriced and two because EVERYONE is wearing it! My sister for example will ONLY buy abercrombie and it's so infuriating because she spends my parents hard earned money on shirts that will probably have a hole in it 2 months later and everyone at school looks the same! I can't count how many girls and guys are wearing the same outfits everyday! I just think it makes everyone look the same and the people who want to wear it but can't because the clothes ARE made for really tiny people, well it makes them look not so attractive and they think because it's so popular that that's the only clothes they should wear. But of course we know that it's not true. Teens individuality is being smothered by this Ultra Preppy kind of look that seems to be taking over everyone's closet.

I love abercrombie and fitch! I know I will get alot of downs for this *I can tell because so far everyone who comented something good about A&F has gotten bad reviews* but A&F is a really great clothing attire with cute fashions that you could layer with and the itmes may be overpriced but its a brand so what did you expect?its not like they charge 200$ for jeans but they also don't cost 9.99 so get over it,oh and about the size issue they do have large

yeah, i agree...overpriced and overrated. That is definily true, and a great way to put it! There are (true) stories about racism in that store, but some people think those are lies. A LOT of people love that store though, because it gives them the chance to 'look good' or 'fit in'. As for me, i'll pass on A&F.
(thank you for sending them an email!!!)

To be honest, I don't really mind it at all. It's just a store, you know what I mean? Everyone knows that its pretty expensive but hey, at least the clothes are pretty cute!
I don't like the fact though that a lot of people ONLY shop there. It's really weird and they act as if it's like the only store on earth! I shop at more than one store and more than one mall. It just bugs me when people get ALL their clothes from one store.
Cheers and I hope I didn't offend anyone!

haha sorry to disagree, but i love that store!! i work there as well... actually, we do make XL's.... i mean i do kinda understand that the clothes are very tight, but that's the look i guess =/.. i know, and i really do feel bad when i see someone who comes in the store and i kinda know they're too big for the clothes but like them.. it really does kinda break my heart... like i wish i had it in their exact size. so i love the clothes and everything, but i understand and also hate their sizes.

I think you have to be like a size -6 to even think of walking into that store...i think the place is a lil teeny bopper-ish....I prefer REI..myself and nordys...
They are overpriced for ripped jeans and holy shirts...overrated...
