Russian people do not celebrate Christmas too much. It is completely religious holiday. Very religious people go to church, this day is very beautiful ceremony.
As for my family, we usually have a nice family dinner, we don't go to church, but always watch TV where they show live ceremony from the most beautiful church in Moscow. There are no gifts for this holiday.
