I don't believe there are any weight limits, however, use your discretion for comfort.

I am an obese woman, and I have ridden everything there. (i am 265 lbs) Just be aware that some rides you need to lift your leg, or sort of climb into. I think the most uncomfortable for me was the Teacups, but I managed to fit, and had a blast on that ride!

If your cousin has trouble walking (there is a LOT of walking as all the parks are quite huge) consider getting there early and renting an electric vehicle chair. My sister does this. She can walk but it takes a lot out of her. By using the EVC she can go all through the parks and not get too tired out.

I don't believe that there are any restrictions yet - just for children. I think if he/she can fit and secure the bar - then they will let him/her on - I would be more concerned about any medical conditions he/she may have - ie.. heart problems/high blood pressure would be more of a factor then just fitting on the ride.
I have seen people get in the cart and they cant shut the bar and they are asked to leave.

There is no weight limit but most rides are more comfortable if you don't weigh over 260 pounds.
