I need to refinance and I have 80/20 and everybody wants to offer me a interest only, why can't I get an HONEST good deal?

1. I would not suggest an interest only product if you are going to live in the home. I would only suggest doing so if it was an investment property or selling within 1 year.

2. If you are worried about monthly payments their are 10,15, 20, 30 and 40 year refinance options available.

3. You also have the option to get what's called a Bi-weekly amortization Payment schedule for free.

Example:
Current Monthly payment: $2000
*You pay half on the 15th ($1000) - this payment will go towards interest and principle.
*The second Payment on the 30th ($1000) will go towards Principle only. Thus, decreasing the term of your loan from 30 years to a 24-25 year term.
