a wireless router or wired router? and why? pros and cons.

I prefer wired because we LAN multiple computers to get our game on. We were unable to host games from the wireless computers, and they really seemed to slow everyone else down. Maybe my LAN is junk, but I don't think so. And you can get them that do both if you didn't know. Such as the one below.
