Ed Helms (who plays Andy) has been upgraded to a series regular and will be returning.
I haven't seen anything on when he will return, though.

Well, I was talking to the producer just the other day and he told me... how the hell would we know, we're all on here!
But being F'upd has never stopped anyone else from being on TV, don't know why they would start with this guy.

He has been promoted to a full time character,so yes he will be returning.
