...Which Sims game is it were you can have kids? I had it but my brother broke it and I can't remember which one it was.

Both 1 and 2. Benefits in both. (I recommend the Sims 2)
The Sims 1:
(the game will ask you if u want a baby)
-can get kids by "playing in bed" in the love bed (heart bed)
-can get kids by kissing a lover
-the baby will grow up into a kid and will stop growing up there
The Sims 2:
-can get kids by "trying for baby" in any bed
-the female that is pregnant will throw up alot until she gives birth
-everybody grows up until they die
-if you dont want them to grow up then do the following
(when there are words that i say to type in between ' ' dont type)
while you are playing press 'Ctrl+Shift+C'
(there will be a textbox ontop of screen)
in it type in 'aging off' (if u turn it off and want it on type 'aging on'
then to get the textbox out of the way type 'exit'

You can have kids in any game. But in sims 2 youus female sim can be pregnant and you can raise the child from baby to teen and even send them off to college with university.

The Sims 2. I have never actually gotten kids in it but I have the game and like it alot and you can have kids.
