Two tugboats pull a disabled supertanker. Each tug exerts a constant force of 1.70×106 , one at an angle 19.0 degrees west of north, and the other at an angle 19.0 degrees east of north, as they pull the tanker a distance 0.600 toward the north.

What is the total work done by the two tugboats on the supertanker?

You need units

Let me assume the forces are
1.7 x 10^6 N
and the distance is
0.6 km = 600m

The net force in the direction of motion will be
2 x 1.7x10^6 x cos(19) = 3.2 x 10^6N

This force exerted over a distance of 600m will produce work
W = F.d = 3.2x10^6N x 600m = 1.93 x 10^9 J
