How can I get my USB to get updated automatically from my computer?

I need to get one of my folders automatically updated whenever i insert my USB into my computer. any way to choose which folder you wanna be the same on your usb and HD?

Assuming Windows XP, with the drive installed:

Open My Computer
Click on the removable drive to view the contents
In the menus, click on Tools, then Synchronize

You might also look in the MS help files for Offline Files and see what they say about defining them and synchronizeing them.
