There is no obvious reason why using A&D every day indefinitely would cause any problem, but I'm a little concerned that you must work so constantly to avoid flare-ups. Have you discussed this with your doctor? Often changing your diet (increase the water you drink and the amount of fiber you eat), will allow the hemorrhoids to reduce in size on their own and completely stop causing trouble, usually in just a few weeks. A fiber supplement like Metamucil or Citrucel once a day, and a daily stool softener for a while will help you along until the hemmorrhoids subside, and of course you can continue with the A&D until you see signs that things are improving. In any case, continuing to use A&D shouldn't do any harm. Best of luck to you.
