It is harder to get help with or clarification on assignments. You cannot just go to your professor during office hours. Everything has to be done by e-mail and you just hope your professor checks their e-mail often. If you have a question about an assignment you are working on that is due in 2 days and your teacher takes 2 days to get back to you, you are out of luck.

The endless paper written marathon. I did a portion of my master's online and it was paper after paper after paper....
