I used to play...and for some reason I feel like trying again, even though I was never any good when I was young and in shape.

I know a 54 year old grandmother who plays! I'd assume that the game gets a bit tougher

Depends upon how much younger your teammates would be and what their intentions are..for fun or for competition....sounds like you are probably in decent shape. If you are doing it for fun and you love it...go for it! We aren't getting any younger and life is too short to have regrets.

my coach sayed...nobody too old to play...but if they think that they are too old to play then its better to just sit back,watch and have a drink...and lose all the fun with only watching even you know that you can have fun if you join ~
