She is really cute. but i can never get to talk to her unless i see her at the bus or lockers. please give me some advice.

In dating, it works both ways...if you like someone and want to get their attention or do something with them...you will make the time to ask or date her.
no such thing as being "too busy."
if "too busy" is something that you seriously believe in, then you got too much stuff on your plate to add dating onto it.
this goes for both men and women..
